A: Cancellation less than 24 hours before a job will result in a $50 charge. However, you will get a $50 discount on the next appointment.

A: It is OK to stay at the house, and it's OK to leave the house empty for us; it's also OK to leave with a trusted person with us. The vital thing to remember is that unless agreed upon from advanced, we follow cleaning instructions only from the person who hired us, especially if it can change the pricing.
